Lifetime Guarantee Policy:

Every item that I ship out is guaranteed for life if any damage is caused by a flaw in craftsmanship when the item is used as intended under normal conditions. If any damage does occur as a result of craftsmanship or materials, all you need to do is contact me and I will replace or repair the item at no cost to you, shipping both ways included.

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee an item beyond craftsmanship and materials. If you damage an item through negligence, neglect, etc… it will not be replaced. This would include things like putting your wallet in the washing machine, your dog using it as a chew toy, etc… Though I can, in most cases, offer a discount if you need to replace an item that you loved that had been damaged or ruined.

TL;DR - Lifetime Guarantee only applies to faults in craftsmanship or materials and only normal, intended use. Does not apply to damage caused by neglect, abuse, normal wear, etc.
